Job summary

gpac LLC. in Dallas seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer/Project Manager to lead electrical design for complex building projects. PE licensure, a BS in Electrical Engineering, and 8+ years of experience are required.

You will supervise design efforts, coordinate with clients and consultants, perform code reviews, manage budgets, and help develop concepts, drawings, and specifications. Flexible schedule with remote/hybrid options is available.

Qualifications

• P.E. licensure is required.
• BS degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in electrical design for buildings.

Responsibilities

• Function as lead electrical engineer for multi-discipline projects through all phases.
• Perform electrical design tasks and calculations for building electrical systems.
• Coordinate project electrical requirements with clients and consultants internal and external.
• Perform code reviews.
• Oversee projects and technicians.
• Establish and maintain electrical fees and budgets for assigned projects.
• Work independently and within a multi-discipline team to develop concepts, strategies, designs, drawings, specifications, and reports.
