Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 4+ years of electrical engineering experience in industrial/production environments.
• Strong knowledge of NFPA 70 (NEC) and NFPA 70E electrical safety practices.
• Experience with industrial power distribution including transformers, panelboards, circuit protection, and grounding.
• Experience producing and reviewing electrical drawings in AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical design and design review for production equipment and facility power at Anduril's Solid Rocket Motor plant in McHenry, MS.
• Apply and help maintain internal electrical standards, drawing conventions, and code compliance across the facility.
• Review and red-line contractor and integrator electrical packages, including panel layouts, single-line diagrams, and load calculations.
• Coordinate with facilities, construction, and outside engineering firms on power distribution, branch circuits, grounding, and equipment hookup.
• Specify electrical equipment including transformers, disconnects, breakers, VFD feeds, and control power for new and modified production lines.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for electrical failures, ensuring rapid resolution and long-term reliability.
