This role offers hybrid work flexibility and a competitive salary ranging from $130,000 to $185,000, along with overtime pay and a robust profit-sharing pension plan.

Qualifications

• 10–20+ years of electrical engineering experience in power plant design.
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Expertise in electrical distribution and utility infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical engineering design for generation facilities.
• Perform critical system evaluations and calculations.
• Manage multiple utility infrastructure projects simultaneously.
• Provide mentorship to junior engineers.
• Consult with clients on technical solutions.
• Drive energy optimization initiatives.
