Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
• 8+ years of direct involvement in analog and power circuit design.
• Working knowledge of the National Electric Code (NEC).
• Experience with power supplies and/or inverters.
• Experience with control and communications equipment for a complex system.
• Ability to read component specifications and electrical drawings.
• Experience creating system-level wiring and schematic diagrams.
• Solid understanding of electro-mechanical aspects of a system product.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform system design work, including electromechanical layout and implementation per NEC code.
• Design and verify power circuits and interfaces.
• Develop test plans and procedures.
• Contribute to end-user documentation and design reviews.
• Interface with suppliers and contract design/manufacturing partners as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver hardware solutions.
