Job summary

Advanced Energy is seeking an Electrical Engineer to drive development of next‑generation power solutions for data center, telecom, and industrial applications. You will design, validate, and optimize high‑performance power supplies, collaborating with a skilled engineering team to move concepts from idea to production.

You will model and simulate designs, present findings to leadership, and contribute to the roadmap of cutting‑edge power solutions. Strong CAD and test‑lab skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's (BSEE) degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of electrical engineering experience.
• Experience with power supplies and analog/digital circuits.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop power supplies per specifications including circuit and board design.
• Develop Mathcad models and simulations to improve designs.
• Work with core team to meet schedule, cost, and quality goals.
• Assist in testing and debugging prototype power supplies.
• Analyze test data to verify performance against specs.
