Placements24 is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer focused on power generation to join our client in a hybrid role. You will design and oversee electrical systems for power plants, develop equipment specifications, and perform system studies to ensure safe, efficient energy production.

The position requires a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, 7+ years in power generation, and proficiency with ETAP or PSS/E.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
7+ years in power generation or related power systems engineering.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems in power generation technologies.

Responsabilités

Design and oversee electrical aspects of power generation projects, including turbine, generator, and auxiliary systems.
Develop specifications for electrical equipment, switchgear, and control systems for power plants.
Perform power system studies, including load flow, fault analysis, and protection coordination.
Ensure compliance with national and international standards relevant to power generation facilities.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams, project managers, and site personnel.
Provide technical expertise during construction, commissioning, and operational phases.
Contribute to development of maintenance strategies for power generation assets.
