Job summary

Pacifico Energy in Dallas, TX seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer to own the electrical scope from conceptual design through commissioning for power generation systems that integrate gas turbines, PV solar, and BESS for large industrial facilities and data centers.

You will lead FEED and EPC activities, review vendor deliverables, coordinate with mechanical, civil, and control teams, and drive safety, reliability and lifecycle cost optimization across the full project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in electrical engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in power plants, renewable energy, or industrial power systems.
• Experience with FEED, EPC, commissioning, and site support is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop SLDs and electrical layouts for gas turbines, PV, and BESS.
• Define HV/MV distribution strategies and protection schemes.
• Coordinate with EPC, review vendor drawings, and witness FATs.
• Provide field engineering support during construction and commissioning.
