Qualifications

• 7–10 years of relevant industry experience
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field
• Experience with schematic capture and PCB layout tools such as Altium
• Strong EMI/EMC knowledge and mitigation techniques
• Ability to debug circuits and systems methodically and work independently
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test analog and power electronics circuits, including AC-DC and DC-DC conversion systems
• Tackle DSP-based power electronics product development and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, manufacturing, quality) for production transition
• Conduct circuit simulations and worst-case analysis; validate with tests
• Support customers and provide technical guidance throughout the product lifecycle
• Lead design reviews and contribute to process improvements
