Job summary

Sensintron Semiconductor seeks a motivated Electrical Engineer (Mid-Level) to join our engineering team. This role covers the full product lifecycle from concept and design through validation to production, delivering high-reliability power electronics for aerospace, defense, and industrial systems.

The ideal candidate has 3–7 years of experience, strong analog and power electronics skills, and experience with Altium and lab equipment. A collaborative, detail-oriented mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field is required.
• 3-7 years of relevant industry experience.
• Strong foundation in analog circuit design and power electronics.
• Experience with schematic capture and PCB layout tools (e.g., Altium or similar).
• Familiarity with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and power analyzers.
• Working knowledge of EMI/EMC principles and mitigation techniques.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test analog and power electronic circuits, including AC-DC and DC-DC conversion systems.
• Perform component selection, schematic capture, and support PCB layout activities with attention to EMI, thermal performance, and reliability.
• Conduct circuit simulation (e.g., SPICE-based tools) and analyze performance under varying electrical and environmental conditions.
• Develop and execute validation and qualification test plans, including worst-case analysis and derating.
• Troubleshoot hardware issues at the board and system level, including root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
• Interface with customers for product deployment.
