Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in the power electronics industry or similar
• Hands-on experience with lab equipment related to the job
• Must have legal right to work in the U.S. and be authorized to access export‑controlled information
• Ability to travel 20-30%

Responsibilities

• Design and execute test plans for EMC testing (Radiated/Conducted Emissions) and Immunity testing for product safety.
• Perform and document Design Verification Testing (DVT) and thermal testing as part of New Product Development (NPD).
• Troubleshoot electrical circuits and PCB layouts to identify root causes of test failures.
• Plan and perform HALT and HASS to identify operating/ destructive limits and ensure product reliability.
• Execute Shock and Vibration testing on electrodynamic shakers for durability.
