Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in AC variable speed drives.
• Minimum 3 years in PLCs.
• Strong project management and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement improvements in the power distribution network.
• Lead capital improvement opportunities on paper machines and equipment.
• Drive reliability improvements and asset management.
• Ensure safety standards and proper specifications are followed.
• Manage relationships between mill, corporation, and contractors.
• Participate in mill outages and safety procedure updates.
