The role requires a four-year engineering degree, a US PE license, and 8+ years of experience in electrical engineering, including power distribution and controls. Travel up to 30% is possible.

Qualifications

• Four-year engineering degree required and PE license (US) preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of engineering experience.
• Advanced knowledge of electrical engineering, power distribution, and controls.
• Ability to mentor engineers and coordinate across teams.
• Experience with design document quality control and value engineering.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical engineering support across projects.
• Mentor and develop Rosendin Engineering staff.
• Visit job sites to survey electrical conditions and gather details.
• Quality control design documents for compliance and performance.
• Lead value engineering and develop complex equipment specifications.
• Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to resolve issues.
