Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a Senior Engineer IV to provide advanced electrical engineering support across projects. You will mentor engineers, oversee design quality, and resolve complex technical challenges in power distribution, protection, and automation.

The role requires a four-year engineering degree, 8+ years of experience, and a PE license. Travel up to 30% is expected as part of site and project coordination.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in engineering, architectural engineering, or construction sciences.
• Typically requires 8+ years of engineering experience (education + training + experience).
• US-based Professional Engineer (P.E.) registration required.
• Advanced knowledge of electrical engineering including power distribution, protection, automation, and control.
• Ability to coordinate with others and analyze complex engineering problems.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical engineering support for codes, standards, and project requirements.
• Mentor engineers and lead technical problem solving on complex projects.
• Oversee design documents for quality and compliance with related standards.
• Generate detailed specifications for complex equipment and systems.
• Conduct field surveys and site visits to gather critical technical details.
• Support commissioning and testing of electrical systems.
