Job summary

Nelson Worldwide, LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer (PE) to lead design efforts for facility and infrastructure projects. The role requires extensive experience in facility electrical system design, including medium voltage, and a PE license.

You will lead small teams, coordinate with disciplines, and interface with clients and leadership. Candidates should have a BS in Engineering from an ABET-accredited school and 10+ years in building power, lighting, fire alarm, and

Qualifications

PE license in Electrical Engineering required.
10+ years' experience in building design of power, lighting, fire alarm and secondary electrical systems.
Extensive facility electrical system design experience including medium voltage.
BS in Engineering from ABET-accredited school required.

Responsibilities

Lead electrical design efforts for facility and infrastructure projects.
Develop conceptual and detailed electrical designs, specs, calculations, studies, and reports.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and interface with clients and management.
Lead small electrical teams and provide training and development.
Support proposal development and workload forecasting; assist with construction administration.
