Job summary

Qualifications

• 12 years of experience as an electrical engineer.
• Professional Engineering License (PE).
• Experience delivering complex power distribution designs for facilities.
• Experience as Engineer of Record (EOR).
• Strong NEC knowledge.
• Experience with electrical documentation and drawings.
• Experience with 480V single line diagrams and 120V panel schedules.
• Experience with conduit schedules and overhead cable tray schemes.
• Knowledge of lighting design for complex production spaces.
• Experience with integrated facilities design.
• Proficiency with REVIT, SKM, Visual, and other engineering software.
• Willingness to travel for site assessments and meetings.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• BS in Electrical Engineering from an ABET accredited institution.

Responsibilities

• Support capital projects and implement solutions for clients.
• Design and deliver full electrical systems including power distribution, grounding, lighting, and fire alarm.
• Provide technical leadership and oversight on electrical scope across multiple projects.
• Mentor junior engineers and designers, reviewing work and guiding development.
• Serve as a technical resource during design reviews, construction coordination, and client interactions.
• Collaborate with multi-discipline teams to develop integrated facility designs.
• Translate client requirements into practical design solutions and identify challenges early.
• Prepare construction-ready drawings, specifications, and documents for bidding and permitting.
• Engage in proposal development and client presentations for new projects.
• Travel for site surveys, startup coordination, and client engagement.
