You will prepare calculations and construction documents, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, review drawings for code compliance, and manage schedules and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• PE license and active status.
• 8+ years of building systems experience.
• Proficiency with Revit and design software.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of mechanical building systems from concept through construction.
• Prepare engineering calculations, equipment selections, and construction documents.
• Coordinate designs with multidisciplinary project teams.
• Review drawings for quality, code compliance, and constructability.
