The ideal candidate holds a PE license, a B.S. in Engineering, and at least four years of licensed experience with proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD MEP, and TRACE.

Qualifications

• Active PE license is required or in good standing.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 4 years of licensed professional experience.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD MEP, TRACE or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Design HVAC systems, ductwork, hydronic piping, and controls.
• Perform load calculations, equipment selection, and evaluations.
• Prepare construction drawings, specs, and technical docs.
• Serve as Engineer of Record on assigned projects.
• Coordinate designs with multidisciplinary teams and mentor junior staff.
• Support construction through site visits, submittals, RFIs, and guidance.
• Ensure designs meet codes, standards, and project requirements.
