Job summary

ITAC is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to independently perform electrical development and equipment design for moderate-size projects. You will lead a small team, develop electrical documentation, and ensure adherence to design criteria while coordinating with engineers and designers.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, a PE license, and 10+ years of industrial experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited program.
• PE license required.
• 10+ years of industrial/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of National Electrical Code and 600V power distribution systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform layout, analysis, and design of electrical engineering scope for industrial projects.
• Design and develop electrical documentation: specifications, plans, schematics, calculations.
• Work with core design basis docs (P&IDs, GA, Equipment List).
• Lead a small staff of designers/junior engineers; review work of others.
• Resolve design conflicts and leverage CAD/analysis tools as needed.
