Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with packaging equipment, vision systems, product traceability and MES systems preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to safely perform duties in manufacturing environments and to work across multiple shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute capital equipment and facility projects through design, installation, commissioning, qualification, and turnover.
• Develop electrical designs, specifications, scopes of work, cost estimates, schedules and implementation plans.
• Provide senior‑level electrical engineering support, design reviews, and technical guidance to engineers and project managers.
• Review vendor and OEM electrical designs and submittals for quality and code compliance.
• Serve as site SME for electrical equipment safety and compliance with codes and company standards.
• Provide engineering oversight for electrical distribution, power, controls, grounding, and hazardous areas.
