Job Details

We serve various sectors, including commercial, healthcare, industrial, and institutional. We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team and work on exciting projects across the Houston area.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test electrical systems and components, such as lighting, power, fire alarm, security, and communication systems, in accordance with codes, standards, and client requirements.
• Prepare and review electrical drawings, specifications, calculations, and reports using AutoCAD, Revit, and other software tools.
• Coordinate with other engineers, architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure project quality and timely delivery.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and commissioning activities as needed.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and supervision to junior engineers and designers.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in California or the ability to obtain one within 6 months.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering, preferably in consulting.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other engineering software tools.
• Knowledge of NEC, NFPA, IBC, and other applicable codes and standards.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
