Location: Missouri and Kansas - Multiple Locations Available (see below)
Work Arrangement: Hybrid or Remote, based on candidate location and project needs
We're looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer with a strong background in conventional power generation to support projects across power generation, substations, renewable energy, and industrial power systems.
You’ll be involved in meaningful engineering work from early design through construction and commissioning. The role combines power system studies, electrical design, equipment selection, and field support, giving you the chance to work on different types of projects and solve practical engineering challenges.
You’ll work alongside experienced engineers and multidisciplinary teams while having the opportunity to take ownership of your work, contribute technical ideas, and grow your project experience.
Positions are available in Missouri (St. Louis, Kansas City, Jefferson City, and Ballwin) and Kansas (Overland Park, Wichita, and Topeka). Teams typically work in a hybrid environment, giving engineers flexibility while maintaining the collaboration needed to deliver complex projects.
If you’re a strong fit for the role but aren’t located near one of the offices, we’re open to discussing a remote arrangement based on experience, project requirements, and travel availability. Some projects may also require occasional travel or field work depending on project needs.
You’ll work across a variety of power projects rather than being limited to one facility or one narrow area of engineering. Your work can span design, analysis, equipment selection, field support, and project execution.
It’s a good opportunity for an engineer who wants to keep building technical depth while taking on more responsibility and seeing projects move from the drawing board into the field.
Long-term contract and contract-to-direct opportunities are available, depending on your goals and project needs.
