Strong software skills in Revit or AutoCAD are highly valued, with licensure a plus. This role emphasizes professional development, collaboration, and delivering high-quality electrical construction solutions.

Responsibilities

Managing electrical engineering and construction design teams for projects across multiple market sectors.
Supporting electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout; coordinating with field operations, PMs, and estimating teams.
Utilizing design software to coordinate new builds, renovations, and construction documentation.
Reviewing plans, specifications, submittals, RFIs, and shop drawings to ensure constructability and compliance with project requirements.
Working with engineers, PMs, superintendents, and field personnel to ensure accurate and efficient project execution.
Assisting with value engineering, budgeting, and cost-saving solutions during preconstruction and construction phases.

What You Need for this Position

2-10+ years of electrical engineering and/or electrical construction experience
Design software exp is a huge plus ie Revit, AutoCAD, etc.
Experience supporting commercial, industrial, institutional, healthcare, multifamily, or mission critical construction projects preferred
Motivated individual seeking a great professional growth opportunity
