Bowman Consulting Group, Ltd. in Houston, TX is seeking an Engineer III, Electrical (Oil & Gas) to lead design, planning, and execution of large-scale electrical systems. You will provide strategic guidance, technical oversight, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

The role emphasizes independent and collaborative work, with responsibility for equipment sizing, analyses, and delivering high-quality engineering deliverables to stakeholders and clients.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (required).
• 4–7 years of relevant industry experience.
• Professional Engineer licensure preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles and practices.
• Advanced proficiency in electrical engineering software/tools.
• Ability to read/prepare technical drawings, schematics, and specs.
• Knowledge of power distribution, control systems and electrical equipment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsabilidades

• Perform equipment sizing, selection, and analyses.
• Support design, procurement, construction, and commissioning of facilities.
• Present engineering deliverables to project teams, leadership, and clients.
• Plan, forecast, and track deliverables to support schedules.
• Identify scope changes and assess impact on effort and timeline.
• Prepare and review electrical equipment, conduit, wiring calculations and BOMs.
