Qualifications

• Bachelor's in engineering (ABET-accredited) required with 9+ years exempt experience.
• Master's degree with 7+ years experience or Ph.D. with 4+ years experience also acceptable.
• Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles and design practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop complex electrical systems, including power distribution and control infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Develop testing and validation procedures to ensure compliance with standards.
• Provide technical leadership to junior engineers and technicians.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues using advanced analysis.
