Job summary

M.C. Dean, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Engineer to design and integrate electrical systems for mission-critical facilities.

You will develop diagrams, wiring layouts, and 3D models, coordinating with multiple trades to deliver robust power solutions. The role requires experience with NEC/NESC/IEEE and strong technical documentation skills. Active Top Secret clearance is required to start, and polygraph participation may be necessary.

Qualifications

• ABET accredited Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or higher.
• 5+ years of Power/Electrical Engineering experience and UPS design experience.
• Active Top Secret clearance required to start; polygraph willingness.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Produce electrical design deliverables including drawings, specs, and wiring diagrams.
• Develop 2D/3D designs in AutoCAD and REVIT; integrate with other trades.
• Support construction activities, respond to RFIs, and review submittals.
• Research, prototype, and implement emerging technologies for mission-critical facilities.
• Manage multiple projects with effective time management.
