Job summary

M.C. Dean is hiring an Electrical Engineer to design, integrate, and deliver electrical solutions for mission-critical facilities. You will produce drawings, specifications, and testing scripts, coordinating with other trades and project teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from an accredited program.
• 4+ years of experience in design, testing and commissioning of building power systems.
• Active Top Secret clearance to start; U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Originate and execute detailed design with limited supervision by Senior Engineers, including distribution systems and UPS.
• Perform analysis of electrical distribution systems (short circuit, arc flash, etc.).
• Document design work via AutoCAD and REVIT in 2D and 3D platforms.
• Provide support of construction activities and respond to RFIs; review equipment submittals.
• Assist Project Lead Engineers in managing project deliverables and deadlines.
• Research, prototype, and develop emerging technologies for customer needs.
• Manage time and support multiple projects concurrently.
