Amentum is seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to join our component engineering group supporting DoW programs. The role focuses on parts management, testing, analysis, and ensuring part survivability for mission-critical hardware.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of IEEE parts and MIL-STD standards for component survivability.
• Ability to write technical reports and communicate with customers and program offices.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Non-Standard Part Approvals and respond with findings.
• Lead Parts/Materials/Processes Control Board meetings.
• Mentor junior engineers on component qualification data.
• Collaborate with environmental and radiation test teams for characterization.
• Review test data and reports before customer delivery.
