Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering is required.
• Trade or related qualification in maintenance of mechanical/electrical equipment.
• Extensive knowledge of mine power distribution and grounding systems.
• 5–10 years’ experience in electrical maintenance in mining/construction/OEM.

Responsibilities

• Promote awareness of EHS and comply with site standards.
• Maintain mechanical and electrical equipment with proactive maintenance.
• Lead maintenance personnel and coordinate with suppliers as needed.
• Review and implement efficient maintenance methods and procedures.
• Ensure performance against targets and take corrective actions.
