Job summary

Arconic Corporation seeks a senior Electrical Engineer to support and lead electrical systems across rolling and finishing facilities. This role involves collaborating with the Electrical Engineering Network to drive reliability and safety improvements.

You will develop and implement standards, provide technical expertise on control systems, and lead root-cause analyses for downtime events, with travel to multiple sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related degree required.
• 10+ years of electrical engineering experience.
• Experience leading or supporting capital and expense projects in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and solve complex equipment and process-related electrical issues.

Responsibilities

• Support and collaborate with the Electrical Engineering Network across facilities.
• Develop, implement, and improve Corporate Standards for Electrical Systems and Electrical Safety.
• Provide technical expertise on control systems for metals industry processes (rolling, coiling, leveling).
• Provide electrical engineering support to sustain production operations and equipment maintenance.
• Lead or support root cause analysis for electrical downtime events.
