Job summary

Arconic is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join the Hot Rolling Department in Davenport, IA. The role focuses on coordinating capital projects across the Plate department from start to finish and mentoring newer engineers.

The position reports to the Lead Electrical Engineer and operates Monday through Friday during daytime hours, with potential off-shift support as projects dictate. This is a hands-on, collaborative role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Job Summary:

This Electrical Engineer is a great opportunity to apply your technical skills while coordinating numerous capital projects across the Plate department from start to finish. This role is driven by self-directed work and collaborative efforts with a team of Electrical Engineers, Technical staff, maintenance, and production across the department. As a seasoned Electrical Engineer, you will serve as a mentor to other Engineers, including new hires and interns.

The Electrical Engineer reports to the Lead Electrical Engineer in the department and will work Monday through Friday during daytime hours. You will support off-shifts as needed for your respective projects.
