T&M Associates is seeking an experienced Supervising Electrical Engineer to join our MEP team in New Jersey. This leadership role focuses on electrical systems design for buildings and facilities, delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

You will mentor technical staff, manage design deliverables, support business development, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide innovative engineering solutions for public and private sector clients.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in electrical design for MEP/buildings.
• Strong knowledge of power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and low-voltage systems.
• Experience with public-sector, institutional, commercial, healthcare, or higher education projects.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD; Revit experience preferred.
• Knowledge of building codes and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
