Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of product development experience.
• Strong background in analog and digital circuit design, simulation and design tools, microcontroller-based systems, embedded development, and power electronics (MOSFETs, IGBTs).
• Proven ability to lead complex technical projects and solve challenging engineering problems.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of embedded control systems and power delivery architectures for next-generation NeuroStar products.
• Drive electrical design activities from concept through production, including circuit design, simulation, prototyping, testing, and documentation.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, EMC labs, and manufacturing partners to ensure product performance, reliability, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Support product enhancements, sustaining engineering efforts, and root cause investigations for existing products.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering team members while promoting engineering best practices and design standards.
