NeuroStar in Malvern, AR, seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead embedded controls, power delivery, and pulsed-power systems for medical devices. You will guide design from concept to production and mentor engineers while ensuring regulatory compliance.

This role blends hands-on lab work with cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-reliability NeuroStar technology that improves patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of product development experience.
• Strong background in analog/digital circuit design, simulation, embedded development and power electronics.
• Proven ability to lead complex technical projects.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of embedded control systems and power delivery architectures.
• Drive electrical design activities from concept through production, including circuit design, prototyping, testing and documentation.
• Collaborate with EMC labs and manufacturing partners to ensure performance, reliability, quality and regulatory compliance.
• Support product enhancements, sustaining engineering, and root cause investigations.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship while promoting engineering best practices.
