Job summary

You will review schematics, guide verification, and mentor engineers while collaborating with quality, regulatory, suppliers, and operations to ensure robust, compliant product releases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with 7+ years of experience or Master's with 5+ years.
• Experience with mixed-signal design and system-level verification.
• Familiarity with IEC 60601, ISO 13485, FDA requirements and design controls.

Responsibilities

• Resolve product quality, field, and manufacturing issues.
• Lead electrical and system-level troubleshooting and investigations.
• Own ECOs, obsolescence management, and supplier changes.
• Define corrective actions and verify effectiveness.
• Lead sustaining engineering and lifecycle activities.
• Provide electrical design leadership and reviews.
• Mentor engineers and influence cross-functional teams.
