Job summary

Redbock - an NES Fircroft company is seeking a Sr. Manufacturing Engineer for a 24-month contract based in Lafayette, CO. The role will support a lead manufacturing engineer during the implementation of design changes for a medical device.

Ideal candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and at least 4 years of experience in manufacturing engineering. Responsibilities include supporting new production processes, managing BOM configurations, and validating test methods.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in manufacturing engineering.
• Experience in an electronics manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Master’s Degree in a technical discipline is nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Support development and validation of new production processes.
• Manage product BOM configurations in PLM system.
• Integrate new components with manufacturing ERP/MRP systems.
• Develop and execute plans for evaluating process repeatability.
• Perform test method validation for hardware test systems.
• Define and generate required documentation for manufacturing protocols.
• Generate documents and BOM structures for service parts.
• Provide engineering support and address quality issues.
