Job summary

Rosendin is seeking an Engineer IV to provide advanced technical engineering support across power distribution, protection, and automation. You will mentor engineers, lead problem solving, and ensure design quality on high-profile electrical projects.

The role emphasizes site surveys, software/relay integration, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, energy-efficient solutions. Travel up to 30% is expected.

Qualifications

• Four-year engineering degree or higher from an accredited university.
• Typically 8+ years of engineering experience.
• US PE licensure required for this role.
• Advanced knowledge of electrical engineering, power distribution, protection, automation and control, and energy conservation.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support across core engineering competencies.
• Mentor and develop other engineers within Rosendin Engineering.
• Visit job sites to survey electrical conditions and collect detailed data for complex problems.
• Lead design reviews and ensure quality control of diagrams, specs, and sequences of operation.
• Drive value engineering and coordinate with teams to implement solutions.
