Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field is required.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) is required (non-negotiable).
• 10+ years of experience in an A/E consulting environment.
• Strong expertise in electrical system design and engineering.
• Proven experience managing projects from concept to completion.
• Leadership experience with team supervision and mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical engineering projects from concept through construction completion.
• Manage project teams, schedules, and technical deliverables.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Provide technical leadership and ensure engineering excellence.
• Supervise and mentor junior engineers and support staff.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams on complex projects.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and best practices.
