Job summary

Impact Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer for a permanent, on-site role in Brownsville, WI. You will own full-lifecycle hardware design from concept through production, including PCB layout, schematics, prototyping, and field-ready documentation.

This 1st shift position offers up to $100,000 base salary plus a full benefits package and 401(k) matching. Eligible candidates must have 4+ years of circuit design or 10+ years in lieu of a degree and be US work authorised.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of circuit design and PCB layout experience
• Ability to interpret and create technical schematics and verification plans
• Experience in ISO-certified, quality-driven environments

Responsibilities

• Architect multi-layer PCBs from concept to production release
• Design power supply topologies and analog/mixed-signal circuitry
• Create complete technical packages including BOMs and specs
• Lead lab diagnostics, prototyping, and initial manufacturing line startups
• Ensure field reliability through thermal and derating assessments
