Overview

We are seeking a talented PCB Design Engineer with a strong foundation in electrical engineering to join our product development team. This role combines hands-on PCB layout expertise with system-level electrical design responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have experience with Altium Designer and a proven track record of developing reliable, manufacturable, and high-performance PCB assemblies.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers and senior designers to develop PCBAs for AC and DC applications across new and legacy product lines.
• Perform board layout tasks including sizing, component placement, signal routing, and power/ground plane design.
• Optimize PCB layouts for cost, manufacturability, thermal performance, and testability.
• Apply and refine design rules for each project, resolving constraint violations and ensuring compliance with internal standards.
• Present PCB designs during technical reviews and generate documentation packages per engineering protocols.

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree in a technical discipline (BSEE or equivalent preferred).
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in PCB design and layout.
• Proficiency with professional-grade PCB design tools (Altium Designer strongly preferred).
• Strong understanding of electronic components and circuit behavior.
• Background in power systems or power supply design is a plus.
