As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will lead, coordinate, and provide functional leadership for planning, organization, and completion of complex projects across electrical systems, emergency power, lighting, UPS, fire alarms, and security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering (ABET accredited).
• 10+ years of related experience and/or training.
• Professional Engineer (PE) registration is required.
• Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex business documents.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to convey complex ideas and motivate teams.
• Advanced financial knowledge to perform complex calculations and support decisions.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret complex information.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects as Engineer of Record (EOR) and oversee team members across technical studies and design.
• Coordinate with trades and directly with designers, owners and contractors.
• Plan engineering programs to meet project requirements and manage the project team.
• Review calculations and ensure accuracy of engineering outputs.
• Mentor team members in engineering principles and application.
• Lead field work for technical projects and coordinate document releases.
• Assist in maintaining Engineering Standards and improve drawings.
