Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics Engineering Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of hardware systems design, test engineering, or related electrical engineering experience.
• Experience with automated test systems and measurement technologies.
• Ability to work on ITAR-regulated projects (U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support custom electrical engineering solutions.
• Gather requirements and create technical specifications, statements of work, and bills of materials.
• Lead hardware system design, testing, prototyping, and deployment activities.
• Manage engineering project milestones and technical deliverables.
• Collaborate with engineering teams, manufacturers, suppliers, and customers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues throughout the product lifecycle.
• Support domestic and international projects with occasional travel (up to 25%).
