PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a Senior Controls & Automation Engineer in Phoenix, AZ to lead the design of next-generation automated test and control systems. You will apply your expertise in PLC programming, LabVIEW, and advanced control strategies to build scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of PLC programming (Allen-Bradley, Emerson, Phoenix Contact, or similar).
• Strong experience with LabVIEW, VeriStand, Python, and .NET.
• Expertise building controls software from scratch.
• Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to lead projects and mentor engineers.
