Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in electrical engineering; 12+ preferred in circuit design, integration, testing, and analysis.
• Experience with requirements management tools (DOORS NG, ELM).
• Strong background in circuit design, power electronics, EMI filtering, and electrical analysis.
• U.S. Person status (citizen or Green Card) required for export compliance.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop electrical systems, circuits, and components for advanced applications.
• Perform electrical, power, filter, and EMI analysis (DO-160 lightning and filter design).
• Lead electrical engineering projects from concept to completion (PDR).
• Create schematics, support PCB layouts, generate BOMs, troubleshoot hardware issues.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
