Job summary

Professional Project Services, Inc. (Pro2Serve) seeks an Electrical Engineer IV for its Knoxville, TN location. Direct Hire with senior responsibilities, you will lead complex electrical designs, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure adherence to DOE/10 CFR and industry standards.

You will supervise engineers and interfacing staff, manage field data collection, and present findings to clients. A PE license and 10+ years in electrical engineering are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering is preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience as Electrical Engineer.
• Knowledge of DOE and/or Commercial nuclear facility process and safety requirements (10 CFR).
• PE certification strongly preferred.
• Experience with low voltage and medium voltage distribution systems.
• Familiarity with NEC, IEC, IEEE standards.
• DOE or DOD government project experience is a plus.
• I&C design and field troubleshooting experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform high level non-routine engineering duties and lead projects.
• Direct work of other engineers and possibly project teams.
• Lead client meetings to establish project objectives and resolve design issues.
• Collect field information and resolve field problems.
• Prepare and present engineering reports and studies.
• Ensure compliance with codes and standards within budgets and schedules.
