Job summary

Ramboll seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer in the Americas to lead industrial electrical design efforts. You will oversee power distribution, grounding, lighting, and related systems, directing a team of designers and engineers.

You will interface with clients, develop proposals, and provide technical direction throughout design and construction phases. A PE license and 8+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a BSEE degree and be a licensed PE.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant electrical engineering experience.
• Experience leading design teams in consulting engineering.

Responsibilities

• Design electrical power distribution (medium/low voltage) and lighting for industrial projects.
• Lead a team of designers and engineers; coordinate deliverables.
• Mentor junior staff and act as client interface for electrical scope.
• Manage small to mid-scale electrical projects and prepare proposals.
• Support construction with estimating, phasing, site visits, and drawing reviews.
• Prepare technical reports outlining project direction and requirements.
