Job summary

SPECTRAFOR is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer in Houston, Texas, to manage the electrical and controls design of expansion and maintenance projects. You will ensure compliance with company standards and work closely with various functional groups to meet project requirements.

The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and at least 7 years of experience in engineering and project management, with expertise in high horsepower turbine and electrical systems.

Qualifications

• 7 years of progressively responsible experience in engineering and project management.
• Experience with large horsepower turbine and electrical motor driven centrifugal compressor stations.
• Knowledge of 480 volt and 4160 volt systems, including switchgear and motor starters.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage electrical and controls design for projects.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and industry requirements.
• Provide technical support during construction and commissioning phases.
