Job summary

You will lead troubleshooting, startup, and commissioning with a focus on uptime and safety.

You will mentor field technicians, work with customers and OEMs, and manage urgent field repairs, while maintaining thorough service documentation and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years of relevant industrial electrical and controls experience.
• Experience troubleshooting VFD, PLC, generator-control, and SCR systems.
• Ability to read schematics and one-line diagrams; strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior technical resource for electrical power, controls, automation, and instrumentation troubleshooting and repair.
• Diagnose field electrical and control-system failures and direct or perform repairs.
• Lead startup, commissioning, testing, calibration, and functional verification of equipment.
• Provide technical direction and mentorship to field technicians and junior engineers.
• Coordinate activities with customers, operations, engineering teams, and vendors.
