Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to be based in Northern California. This in-person role offers a hybrid schedule and opportunities to support Federal (Military/DoD) and Northwest markets, including Commercial, Healthcare, Education, and Transportation sectors.

You will lead building electrical design, perform technical calculations, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-performance, sustainable solutions with decarbonization focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering with 6+ years of related experience or equivalent.
• Professional Engineer (PE) registration is required.

Responsibilities

• Design building electrical systems from concept through construction administration.
• Coordinate with client and other disciplines to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Perform calculations, write reports, and stay current with relevant codes and technologies.
• Mentor junior staff and review team work for quality.
