The Recruiting Hive partners with a Central NY manufacturer to add a Senior Electrical Engineer to their expanding team. This is a hands-on design role offering 1-2 remote days per week, with a strong emphasis on end-to-end product development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years in electrical design and development.
• Strong knowledge of analog/digital circuit design and microcontrollers.

Responsibilities

• Design, test, and improve embedded electronic controls.
• Collaborate on new product development from concept through production.
• Create and review electrical schematics (Altium or OrCAD preferred).
• Evaluate test plans, perform peer reviews, and ensure product reliability.
• Lead troubleshooting to the component level for production and service support.
• Participate in cross-functional project management and continuous improvement initiatives.
