Client Growth Resources, Inc is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join a growing Central NY manufacturer. The role emphasizes hands-on, end-to-end product development in a collaborative environment where innovation is encouraged.

Hybrid schedule with 1-2 remote days per week, plus a profit-sharing bonus tied to company performance. Opportunity to lead projects, mentor engineers, and grow into leadership roles within a single-site, vertically integrated operation.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• At least 5+ years of experience in electrical design and development.
• Strong knowledge of analog and digital circuit design, microcontrollers, and troubleshooting.

Responsabilidades

• Design, test, and improve embedded electronic controls.
• Collaborate on new product development from concept through production.
• Create and review electrical schematics (Altium or OrCAD preferred).
• Evaluate test plans, perform peer reviews, and ensure product reliability.
• Lead troubleshooting to the component level for production and service support.
• Participate in cross-functional project management and continuous improvement initiatives.
